Shipping, Processing, and Order Deadlines
- Order cutoff time is 17:00 (Local Time)
- Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipments usually take 4-6 business days in transit (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping costs: Free shipping
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel the order. Once orders have been shipped, the order can no longer be changed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you want to track your order. If you have a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the expected delivery time.
Address/Phone Number Change
If you want to change the phone number or address reserved at the time of order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been placed, we can no longer change the information. In this case, you can request a return and place the order again.
