Shipping, Processing, and Order Cut-Off Times

  • Order cut-off time is 05:00 PM (EST)
  • Order processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipments are generally in transit for 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, they cannot be changed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to track your order. If you experience an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery timeframe.

Address / Phone Number Changes
If you need to change the phone number or address provided at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to change this information. In such cases, you can request a return and place a new order.
